Dr. Reid Pflueger
Dr. Reid Pflueger, DO is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a passion for helping his patients gain confidence through a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
After working several years as an emergency room nurse, where he gained valuable medical knowledge and learned the important part that empathy plays in patient care, Dr. Pflueger furthered his education and graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his plastic surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. A Fort Wayne native, Dr. Pflueger, his wife, and 4 children, returned to Fort Wayne to serve the community that he loves.
Whether it’s providing patients with top notch results through a drainless abdominoplasty, offering a narcotic-free rapid recovery breast augmentation protocol, or accompanying a patient through a cancer diagnosis, Dr. Pflueger’s first priority is compassionate and outstanding patient care. His relatable demeanor, attention to detail, and beautiful outcomes result in life-long patients and many referrals.
Dr. Pflueger is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and also serves as the Medical Director at Fort Wayne IU Surgery Center.

Maria has worked in the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry for over 5 years, specializing in patient care. Maria is warm and friendly. She greets everyone with her infectious smile. She makes patients feel at home with her kind, loving heart and treats them like family. She is helpful and patient. She is knowledgeable about skincare and injectables and she is willing to share her experience as a patient. She can assist in selecting products that fit your needs and budget. Maria isn’t afraid to take on new tasks or responsibilities. She always goes above and beyond as a friend and a coworker. Her favorite part of working for Pflueger Plastic Surgery is her wonderful coworkers who have become like family. When Maria is not at work she loves spending time with her husband and adult kids, cooking, watching movies and just being together.
Rikki Krumma, LPN
Nurse Injector
Rikki has been in the medical field and aesthetic industry for over 15 years. As a nurse injector, Rikki is professional, skilled, compassionate, and conservative, but she is not afraid to tell you exactly what you need to get the results you want. She specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy (the treatment of spider veins). She enjoys educating patients about surgery and non-invasive procedures of anti-aging and skin care, but the most rewarding part of her job is helping patients achieve their cosmetic results. Rikki is fun to be around, and her personality is infectious. Her patients always enjoy their appointments with her and can’t wait until they are able to come in and see her again. When not working, she is likely spending time with family, reading, or enjoying the outdoors.
